F. The water used is the one that is readily available, including water used for watering and bathing livestock, dumping industrial and household waste, etc.
Thus, the microbiological indicators of legal caviar are within the normal range, and the buyer receives not only a tasty, but also a healthy, safe product. Consuming poached products threatens to result in serious adverse health consequences, including severe poisoning.
