Breakfast is the foundation of the day. And a great foundation, if it's an omelet. It's hard to fit a lot of expensive products into the favorite dish of all bachelors. But New York chef Emil Castillo found a way out.

He added black caviar to his Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata. He sprinkled it generously on top, so the cost soared to $1,000. In addition to it, there is lobster, green onions and, of course, eggs. Castillo works in a restaurant at the premium Le Parker Meridien Hotel, but even the convenient location does not help sell more than 12 servings a year.
