Black caviar is obtained from those sturgeon fish that have reached the age of 6-12 years. At the same time, advanced "milking" technology of caviar selection is used, which preserves the life of the fish.
LLC-SRP "Osetr" offers roe from two species of sturgeon: Siberian sturgeon roe and sterlet roe.
Siberian sturgeon roe has larger eggs than sterlet roe. It has a pronounced "sea" taste (iodine, algae), and a nutty note. The color, in addition to black and shades of gray, can be brown-yellow.
Sterlet caviar has a smaller grain and a delicate taste.
To distinguish the types of caviar, LLC-SRP "Osetr" uses protective strips of different colors - a can with Siberian sturgeon caviar has a yellow-hot strip, and sterlets - bright red.
Caviar of sturgeon fish species is a unique product that has become a legend for its nutritional properties. There is no delicacy in the world with a more balanced chemical composition.
Black caviar is a concentrate of pure energy.
