Product range 

1. Sterlet caviar and Siberian sturgeon caviar


The caviar of this product range is prepared according to the classic recipe with the addition of only 3% salt. Therefore, it will appeal to connoisseurs of lightly salted, delicate taste. Malossol caviar is packaged in classic tin cans of 30g, 50g, 100g and 200g.

2. Sterlet caviar and Premium Siberian sturgeon caviar.

This caviar will appeal to true gourmets. Raw caviar is selected exclusively from older ages, which are already more than 10 years old at the time of selection. Premium caviar is characterized by a more pronounced taste: with subtle nutty notes and a creamy flavor. We added a little more salt to it, emphasizing its premium taste as much as possible. The percentage of salt is 4%. And that's not all. In order for you to be able to visually assess the perfection of each caviar, the Premium line caviar is packaged in glass jars of 65g and 170g.
 
3. Sturgeon and Siberian sturgeon caviar without preservatives.

It's simple: only caviar and salt. The shelf life is only 3 months. The tenderness and unsurpassed taste remains unchanged. Packed in glass jars of 65g and 170g.
